Hall And Pavilion Rentals

Our hall supports approximately 60 people and is a wonderful rustic lodge type area to host your party,  Rental for the Hall is $150 of which $50 will be refunded if the hall is cleaned to TRG's satisfaction, if cleanup is not acceptable then no refund will be issued.

Our grounds have a beautiful pavilion overlooking our fishing pond.  The pavilion has an outside service bar also for rent.  The grounds rental fee is an advanced deposit of $500 of which $100 will be refunded if the renter cleans up to the satisfaction of TRG, if cleaning is not acceptable there will be no refund.  Outside bar rental is $100 for parties of less than 100 persons, parties greater than 100 persons, there will be no charge.  Renters may not supply the bar, all beverages served will be by TRG at regular bar prices.
